Job Summary
Housekeeper at Great Escapes RV Resorts responsible for the cleanliness of rental units and public areas, maintaining brand standards, and delivering a positive guest experience. The role is guest-facing and involves regular cleaning, sanitizing, quality audits, inventory management, coordinating with the front office and other departments, assisting with onsite laundry, and documenting bathroom logs. Requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced resort environment. Poses a preference for a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or willingness to obtain), OSHA safety training a plus, and weekend/holiday availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written venues
- Current certifications in First Aid/CPR and AED or willingness to obtain upon hire
- OSHA safety training/certifications a plus
- Possess excellent organization skills, as well as the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Possess exceptional guest relations skills
- Weekend & holiday hours are required
