Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance and Emergency Procedures; keep property grounds and common areas clean and debris-free; complete service requests for make-ready units in a safe, timely manner; inspect the property, pick up trash, report safety hazards or needed repairs to Lead Maintenance; maintain leasing office, models, clubhouse, and common areas in a clean, neat condition; clean walkways and entryways; ensure model tour route is debris-free; provide excellent and professional customer service; coordinate supplies with Lead Maintenance and complete required training.
