Job Summary
Clean assigned apartments, common areas, and office spaces daily, including windows, floors, and bathrooms. Perform the full laundry cycle from pickup to delivery, maintaining the laundry room and changing detergents. Prepare housekeeping carts, stock supplies, and manage trash and recycling disposal. Make resident beds per schedule and respond to calls via radio and earpiece. Maintain a safe, clean environment while adhering to drug-free and background check requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
- Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- Must possess an upbeat, positive, flexible, and enthusiastic personality
- Must be an honest and dependable individual
- Must maintain proper hygiene
- Must be professional in dress and presentation
- Must be willing to be active during entire work shift
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in Standard English
- Must be a mature individual
- Must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must be detail and team work oriented
- Must attend required in-services/ workshops to further education of skills and community requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- Must uphold community dress policy
- Must be capable of following oral and written instruction
- Must display and use own good judgement and initiative in daily duties
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to use hands to handle or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to talk and hear
- Must be able to wear earpiece and handheld radio
- Must abide by the Community dress code policy
- Must wear closed toed shoes
- Must wear Black scrub pants and any appropriate and properly fit scrub top
- Must be available for Evening Shift (3PM - 11PM, FRI - MON)
- Must be available for Weekend shifts
- Must be available for Part-time shifts
