Job Summary
Supervisor/Inspector for housekeeping who oversees cleaning personnel at MasterCorp properties. Responsible for ensuring units are cleaned effectively and on schedule, training staff, reporting maintenance or cleanliness issues, maintaining safety and organization, coordinating with the Executive Housekeeper, and promoting guest satisfaction. Duties include assigning duties, assisting with room prep during peak times, ensuring compliance with MasterCorp’s 7-step cleaning process, managing inventories and supplies, inspecting units for cleanliness and readiness, handling guest complaints promptly, and fostering strong customer relations while maintaining a high standard of excellence across sites. The role requires the ability to manage time efficiently, communicate with team members, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for guests and owners.
Required Qualifications
