Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and sanitizing of leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchens, model units, hallways, and common areas, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting. Coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent, while picking up and emptying trash containers. Clean and sanitize common area laundry rooms as needed and notify maintenance of any equipment issues. Maintain discretion regarding resident privacy while performing these duties. Requires ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds. Part-time schedule at $13.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests
- Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously
- Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times
