Housekeeper

Housekeeper cleans resident apartments and public areas according to a schedule and established procedures, and performs all laundry duties in commercial facilities. Requires a high school diploma and/or one to three years of related experience (or equivalent). Prior housekeeping experience is preferred. Primary responsibilities include maintaining clean and sanitary conditions, following written and oral instructions on cleaning compounds and disinfectants, and interacting tactfully with residents, families, and staff. Must be able to stand for long periods, read/write/speak fluent English, follow instructions, and lift up to 25 pounds. Typical hours are full-time, 8:00 am–4:30 pm; occasional travel to different locations may be required. The organization emphasizes service to residents and community.
