Job Summary
Receive assigned room lists and prioritize cleaning, stocking, and maintaining guest rooms to Colwen and brand standards. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and coffee stations; make beds, stock linens, and restock amenities. Transport cleaning carts, remove trash and dirty linens, and ensure all appliances function properly. Perform final walk-arounds, notify maintenance of repairs, and load soiled linens into washers. Respond promptly to guest requests while ensuring privacy and knocking before entry. Work a rotational 7-day cycle including weekends and holidays.
