Job Summary
Stock the housekeeping cart with supplies, replace bed linens, and replenish guest room amenities while cleaning hallways, public areas, and guest rooms daily. Perform deep cleaning tasks including changing air conditioner filters, cleaning coils, repainting walls, and rehang doors when necessary. Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms, approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly service-oriented manner, and maintain high grooming standards per brand uniform requirements. Complete pre-cleaning duties and restock the required number of rooms per shift while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality safety and operational regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
