Job Summary
Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas by thoroughly cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, replacing linens, and removing trash per shift standards. Perform deep cleaning activities including disassembling furniture, changing AC filters, cleaning coils, and touching up paint or scratched furniture as assigned. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while maintaining high personal grooming standards and proper uniform. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety and operational regulations at all times. Work flexible schedules varying by hotel needs, with an initial $500 sign-on bonus plus additional milestones.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
