Job Summary
Housekeeper responsible for cleaning and maintaining Center of Hope facilities, including check-out rooms, offices, lounges, corridors, kitchens, laundry areas, showers and bathrooms, windows and glass doors, and other workspaces. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, laundry, trash removal, floor care, dusting, reporting repairs, and adhering to safety and operational policies. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; requires reliability, strong communication, ability to work with diverse groups, and willingness to participate in PQI/Accreditation processes. Must pass background screening and have a valid Florida driver’s license if driving. Strong ethics, teamwork, and mission alignment with the CARES program are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Florida driver’s license if driving an agency vehicle or personal vehicle for company business
- Must pass Law Enforcement background screening
- Able to speak, write, and understand English
- possess basic computer skills
