Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms, common areas, and employee work zones by disinfecting, mopping, vacuuming, and removing hazardous waste. Operate floor-cleaning machines, buffers, and wet/dry vacuums while adhering to Material Safety Data Sheets and universal precautions for blood or body fluids. Clean furniture, windows, stairs, bathrooms, and perform periodic tasks like wall washing and drapery cleaning. Cross-train across skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living areas. Handle unexpected accidents, spills, and soiled linens while maintaining a calm attitude with residents and families. Work up to 37.5 hours per week with a flexible schedule excluding weekends, reporting directly to the Environmental Services Supervisor.

- At least 18 years of age.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- NO WEEKENDS!
- Will maintain good attendance and take breaks only as assigned.
