Job Summary
Clean and sanitize multi-family apartment community offices, resident amenities, vacant units, and common areas including leasing offices, kitchens, hallways, and laundry rooms. Vacuum, mop, and dust daily while working with the Property Manager to ensure vacant units are ready for rent. Pick up and empty trash containers and notify maintenance if equipment fails. Maintain discretion regarding resident privacy while performing these duties. This part-time role offers $14.00 per hour and requires a satisfactory background screening.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests
- Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously
- Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times
- Satisfactory background screening
