Housekeeper - Spruce Run Apartments

Cleans all common areas of the apartment community, including vacuuming, dusting, and preparing vacant suites for new residents. Reports safety concerns such as trash in hallways or burned-out bulbs to management and collaborates with on-site managers and maintenance technicians. Performs other duties as assigned.
