Housekeeper

Ensure equipment is cleaned and properly stored at the end of the shift. Knock before entering a resident's room and follow all safety procedures, infection control standards, and OSHA regulations for handling chemicals. Scour and polish bathroom apparatus while performing routine cleaning of resident rooms and daily community areas. Keep utility and storage areas in good order, empty trash baskets, and ensure work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical. Assume responsibility for personal and environmental safety while performing day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor. Attend in-service training as required.
