Job Summary
Clean at least five condominium units daily, strip rooms of linen and trash, and deliver supplies to rooms. Clean common areas including elevators, corridors, lobbies, and bathrooms, while performing preventative tasks like carpet shampooing and appliance cleaning. Operate washers and dryers, fold linens, pack bags, and assist with inventory and laundry cleanup. Use stain treatment safely and perform assigned duties such as sweeping, dusting, and straightening furniture. Maintain smooth department operations by completing any other tasks as requested. Work shifts between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, including weekends and overtime, while meeting physical requirements to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read and write (English)
- Ability to use smart phone applications and wifi logon on a smart phone
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Ability to work safely and responsibly without constant supervision
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Must be able to work shifts that occur between the hours 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM
- Must be organized
- Must have knowledge of laundry equipment
- Must be able to run washers and dryers
- Must be able to neatly fold sheets and towels
- Must be able to accurately pack linen bags
- Must be able to Correctly and safely use stain linen treatment
