Job Summary
Housekeeper for a Skilled Nursing Facility responsible for maintaining cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and offices; performs laundry duties; follows deep-cleaning schedules and infection control protocols; reports maintenance needs; maintains housekeeping carts/equipment; ensures proper labeling, storage, and handling of cleaning chemicals per OSHA; uses PPE and follows safety procedures; attends required training and staff meetings; physical duties include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs; indoor work environment with residents’ daily interactions; entry-level role in a supportive, equal opportunity workplace with benefits and opportunities for wage increases.
Required Qualifications
- Grade school education required
