Job Summary
Clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas to support a high-quality living environment. Manage multiple priorities, dust, dry/wet mop, sanitize, and scrub as assigned; wash and fold laundry, distribute clean linens and towels, and keep cleaning carts stocked. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, contribute as a team member, and uphold Cascade Living’s mission and values. The role requires reliable attendance, compassionate customer service to residents and guests, mobility to assist residents, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Salary range $15.50–$17.50 per hour with full-time hours and a Monday–Friday schedule in Tucson, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hotels, country clubs, or high-end senior living communities preferred
- Desire to work with seniors
