Job Summary
Make beds, replenish supplies, and clean guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and work areas. Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, polish metalwork, and wash walls, windows, and door panels. Empty wastebaskets, transport trash, replace light bulbs, and greet guests warmly while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Work scheduled shifts in uniform, reporting to the manager on time. High school diploma, hotel experience, and strong customer service skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills
- Customer Service Skills required
- Prioritization and time management skills required
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Must have a strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Experience with Hotel Brand systems preferred
