Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and work areas including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing fixtures. Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses and bathroom amenities, replace light bulbs, and empty wastebaskets while transporting waste to the disposal area. Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, and door panels, and clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners. Abide by material safety data sheet regulations when using chemicals and report to scheduled shifts in uniform. Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner, take initiative to assist with needs, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills
- Customer Service Skills required
- Prioritization and time management skills required
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Must have a strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Experience with Hotel Brand systems preferred
