Job Summary
Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring and work areas. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing supplies, cleaning rooms and areas (rugs, carpets, upholstery, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing windows and walls), transporting waste, replacing light bulbs, and adhering to safety policies and MSDS guidelines. Communicate with guests in a warm, hospitable manner; follow company policies, demonstrate teamwork, and perform related duties as required. Requires customer service orientation, strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills
- Experience with Hotel Brand systems preferred
- Customer Service Skills required
- Prioritization and time management skills required
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Must have a strong attention to detail
