Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas, including general cleaning and preparing empty units for move-ins. Respond quickly to resident and guest needs, and assist with emergency situations as required. Communicate clearly in English while making independent decisions to solve practical problems in variable situations. Maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers. No prior experience necessary; training provided. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. DailyPay access available. COVID-19 vaccination required unless exempt.
