Job Summary
Housekeeper for a Senior Living community. Responsible for housekeeping and laundry across apartments and common areas, including cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, bed making, changing linens, and maintaining linen inventory. Maintains compliance with local, state, federal, and licensing rules; communicates with supervisor about pertinent matters. Weekend part-time role based in Mira Vie at Bridgewater, NJ. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of cleaning/housekeeping experience; strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with residents respectfully. Duties also include sweeping/mopping floors, carpet care, disinfecting surfaces, handling hazardous cleaning supplies, and participating in training programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have one year of experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone
