Job Summary
Provide cleaning and maintenance of guest accommodation and hotel facilities to a 5-star standard, ensuring quality cleaning and attentive service. Interact professionally with management, staff, and guests; work as part of the housekeeping team and independently as needed. Adhere to brand standards, maintain presentation, support guest satisfaction during shifts that may include weekends/bank holidays, and participate in company initiatives including sustainability and employee benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Housekeeping experience desired
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure 5-star standard of service
- Ability to interact professionally with management, staff and guests
- Be a team player as well as an individual worker
- Be well presented and represent a high standard of competence
- Transport is required due to location
