Job Summary
Housekeeper responsible for cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning), performing and documenting routine inspections and maintenance, carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, reporting repairs or replacements to management, stocking and maintaining supply rooms, and following health and safety regulations. Requires 1+ year janitorial experience, valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance, and strong customer service skills. The role involves outdoor/open-air work, reliability in transportation, and a schedule that may include varied weekday/weekend hours; training and onboarding provided. Required Qualifications
- 1 year or more years janitorial experience (Housekeeper)
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License and currently auto liability insurance
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required
- Must be able to work outdoors and in open air
- Ability to walk 8+ hours per day
- Reliability and transportation to work
- Detail oriented and observant
- Team player willing to help at all levels
- Hours flexibility and varied shifts
- Ability to meet health and safety regulations
