Housekeeper Room Care

Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards. Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly. Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems. Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you. Report lost and found articles to your supervisor. Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner. This role requires physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/carry supplies, with flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
