Job Summary
Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards. Maintain an organized linen cart, report areas needing attention (fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC), ensure security of equipment and supplies, report lost and found items, and respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/carry supplies, and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
