Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner while maintaining a neat, well-stocked linen cart. Report maintenance issues such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems to your supervisor. Ensure the security of all equipment, keys, and supplies. Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner and report lost and found articles. Maintain safety, sanitation, and guest service standards. This role requires physical ability to lift and carry supplies, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
