Job Summary
Clean and fully stock guest rooms by replacing linens, sweeping floors, dusting bathrooms, and emptying trash. Maintain a warm environment by placing amenities, dishes, and additional items according to standard operating procedures. Prioritize assignments for early check-ins and rooms not ready while ensuring guest privacy and confidentiality. Keep work areas, carts, and linen closets secure and clean. Handle heavy lifting and physical demands including bending and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Willing to do heavy lifting
- Must be willing to go under background check
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to see, hear, reach, stand, stoop, bend, and crouch up to 8 hours on a daily basis
- Must be able to work well with others
- Remaining customer friendly and professional throughout your work day
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals
- Ability to follow instructions, prioritize and multi-task
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience preferred
