Job Summary
As a Housekeeper at Roaring River State Park, you will provide exemplary customer service by completing cleaning duties to enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities include following duties worksheets, cleaning check-outs and stay-overs (changing sheets and towels, emptying trash, dusting, vacuuming, waxing), reporting damaged items and repairs, stocking cleaning supplies and linens, unloading linens and trash, assisting with unloading delivered linens bi-weekly, and performing weekly/monthly/quarterly cleaning projects. Requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and ability to work a variety of day/night/weekend/holiday shifts; must be able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: one year of housekeeping experience; resort/national park experience. This role is located in Cassville, MO (Roaring River State Park) with on-site duties including the park’s facilities and restaurant operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) year housekeeping experience preferred
- Resort/National Park experience preferred
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to walk, twist, bend, push and pull
