Job Summary
Clean residents' homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms and maintain community cleanliness using specialized equipment. Dust lobbies, living rooms, classrooms, and public bathrooms; vacuum, de-clutter, and remove trash. Operate carpet care and hard floor care equipment safely while managing trash removal vehicles. Interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and vendors. Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is ideal. Located in Catonsville, Maryland, this role supports Erickson Senior Living's mission to help people live better lives.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting
- Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment
- Ability to safely operate hard floor care equipment
- Ability to safely operate trash removal equipment
- Ability to safely operate Housekeeping vehicles
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as a contributing team member
- Ability to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents and their family members, staff, vendors, and each other
