Job Summary
Clean guest rooms and bathrooms by making beds, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and restocking supplies. Replenish linens, amenities, and guest essentials while cleaning assigned public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and meeting rooms. Stock the housekeeping cart with approved cleaning products, linens, and supplies. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the supervisor promptly and log lost and found items per policy. Follow safety protocols, attend pre-shift meetings, and complete tasks within allotted Minutes Per Room targets. Deliver friendly guest service and adhere to all Resolute Road Hospitality policies.
Required Qualifications
- Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, standing, bending, kneeling)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Team oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Basic English comprehension preferred; bilingual skills are a plus
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
