Job Summary
Hotel housekeeping role cleaning guest rooms and public areas to established cleanliness standards, restocking supplies, operating cleaning equipment, and providing friendly, professional guest service in the Residence Inn Fort Collins. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, bathrooms, windows, restocking towels and amenities, maintaining carts and storerooms, inspecting room equipment and locks, and assisting with laundry tasks as needed. Must meet high cleanliness standards, have basic cleaning knowledge, strong communication, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs; flexible schedule required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or cleaning standards
- Ability to perform general cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment
- Ability to read instructions and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
