Job Summary
Maintain residents' rooms and common areas by following cleaning schedules and coordinating daily services with nursing staff. Carry linens, towels, and supplies using wheeled carts; disinfect equipment and surfaces with germicides or steam sterilizers. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and wastebaskets to meet health standards while dusting and polishing furniture. Support dignity, privacy, and a home-like environment for seniors by communicating with residents, families, and team members. Adhere to all sanitary and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Have compassion and interest in working with the senior population
