Job Summary
Housekeeper responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment across a property-management portfolio. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, offices, clubrooms, restrooms, and shared spaces; maintaining model and show units; cleaning laundry rooms; supporting make-ready and turnover of vacant units; inventorying and restocking cleaning supplies; and providing courteous, professional resident interactions to ensure resident satisfaction and guest-ready presentation. Requires strong attention to detail, time management, ability to work independently, and commitment to safety and proper use of cleaning products.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
