Job Summary
Clean and restock guest rooms, hallways, and public areas daily while replacing linens and replenishing supplies. Perform deep cleaning tasks including changing air conditioner filters, cleaning coils, touching up paint, and rehang doors as needed. Remove trash and dirty linens, then complete pre-cleaning duties for the housekeeping cart. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner. Maintain regular attendance and high personal grooming standards per brand guidelines. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety and operational regulations. Work flexible shifts varying by hotel needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
