Job Summary
Conduct cleaning and maintenance across cottages, houses, restaurants, clubhouses, and various facility areas per established standards. Stock supplies, manage laundry operations including washing, drying, and folding linens, and maintain laundry equipment and vehicle cleanliness. Communicate with supervisors regarding work issues and assist guests and members with tasks such as toilet plunging and remote operation. Perform physical duties requiring lifting up to 30 lbs, standing for extended periods, and navigating varying weather conditions. Work the PM shift in a full-time temporary capacity with training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Requires ability to bend, stretch and lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 90% of the day
- Able to withstand varying weather conditions
- Ability to climb and descend stairs on a regular basis
- Able to work well without constant supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Some work experience desired, but will train
- Congenial personality; able to interact well with others
- A valid driver's license is preferred
