Job Summary
Provide cleaning and housekeeping services within a resident-care facility, following infection-control procedures and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation and cleanliness in resident and common areas, interacting with residents in a courteous manner, operating cleaning equipment, meeting established standards and procedures, attending trainings, and supporting the facility’s policies. The role requires English literacy, adherence to HIPAA and resident-rights policies, and flexibility to work part-time or full-time shifts with some weekend/holiday variation. On-the-job training is provided and previous similar experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak and follow written and oral instructions in English.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- High school education or GED preferred, but not required.
