Job Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning vacant units to a market ready status within 24-72 hours, maintaining cleanliness of common areas, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Duties include keeping supply rooms stocked and clean, ensuring equipment is well maintained, and providing excellent customer service on a 24-hour emergency basis. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, have at least 1 year of customer service experience, and demonstrate physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Additional Requirements
- Candidates are required to successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen
