Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and steam clean resident rooms and common areas while following detailed checklists. Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water and detergents according to specifications, and safely use chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage. Restock bathrooms and common areas with paper products and hand soap, gather trash, and remove debris from outdoor porches and parking lots. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; adjust heating, cooling, and ventilation systems by changing filters; and replace light bulbs throughout the community. Ensure suites with two residents are cleaned twice weekly and document major repair needs in the maintenance log. Requires high school diploma, one year of experience, and ability to work weekends and evenings.
