Housekeeper

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive cleaning duties including making beds, vacuuming carpets and furniture, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Empty trash, replenish supplies, and perform floor mopping while checking equipment for repairs. Transport larger loads using golf carts and vehicles with a valid North Carolina driver's license. Work full-time hours from 10:00am to 6:00pm, maintaining flexibility for schedule changes and assisting with furniture moving. Follow assigned cleaning schedules and report maintenance issues to the department leader. Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills while working well with the senior population and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to use simple housekeeping equipment
- Ability to work well with the senior population
- Ability to work under pressure to maintain organizational goals
- Ability to adapt to changes in daily work hour and schedule
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
