Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments, hallways, and common areas. Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins. Respond quickly to resident needs and requests, including helping with emergencies when required. Ensure resident and guest satisfaction while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers. This part-time weekend role offers hourly pay of $16.00 with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.
