Job Summary
Vacuum carpets, spot-clean surfaces, and dust furniture, shelves, and light fixtures in resident suites and community common areas. Remove trash, launder bed linens and towels, and assist with annual suite services. Perform deep cleaning of shared spaces and collaborate with the team to enhance resident and family experiences. Attend onboarding, annual training, in-services, and team meetings as requested. Maintain a positive professional image while adhering to state or provincial health and certification requirements. Earn monthly and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses and participate in a 401k plan.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
- Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations
- Project a positive and professional image at all times
