Job Summary
Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe home for residents by delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Implement and manage a hygiene maintenance system through regular auditing and site inspections to support operational excellence. Maintain strict adherence to Work, Health and Safety principles while working Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, from 10 am to 2 pm. This role contributes to the daily care of over 14,000 employees across Estia Health's 96 homes in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and Victoria.
