Job Summary
Conduct daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices, while ensuring proper sanitation and following infection control policies. Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent customer service. Work in a long-term care facility setting, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines for all areas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
- Must be able to work around cleaning products
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Able to perform routine, repetitive tasks daily
- Residency within the service area required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience

- Effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership
