Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the Camp-Resort's cleanliness by regularly cleaning, organizing, sanitizing, and maintaining rental units and public areas. Conduct quality audits within facilities to address deficiencies immediately and inventory supplies. Maintain clear communication with the front office to ensure units are ready for guests and complete bathroom cleaning logs uploaded weekly. Assist with onsite laundry operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. This guest-facing seasonal position requires weekend and holiday hours and involves physically active duties including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written venues
- Current certifications in First Aid/CPR and AED or willingness to obtain upon hire
- OSHA safety training/certifications a plus
- Possess excellent organization skills, as well as the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Possess exceptional guest relations skills
- Weekend & holiday hours are required
