Job Summary
Conduct floor maintenance including sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, and buffing while removing scuff marks. Perform trash collection, cardboard removal, and breakdown. Execute disinfection and sanitizing procedures, and handle general cleaning tasks such as dusting, bathroom cleaning, and window washing. Assist other departments and facilities team members as needed. This lightly active role involves occasional lifting up to 20 pounds in an indoor clinic environment. Work the AM shift for 20 hours weekly at $18.00–$19.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to complete tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as functioning as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally
- General knowledge of cleaning; products, supplies and techniques
- Lightly active position, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
- Reporting to work, as scheduled, is essential
Desired Qualifications
