Job Summary
Conduct floor maintenance including sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, and buffing. Remove scuff marks, collect trash, and break down cardboard. Perform disinfection and sanitizing, plus dusting, bathroom cleaning, and window washing in common areas. Assist other departments and the facilities team as needed. Report to work as scheduled. Lightly active position with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. AM shift of 20 hours weekly at $18.00–$19.00/hr. High school diploma or GED preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to complete tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as functioning as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally
- General knowledge of cleaning; products, supplies and techniques
- Lightly active position, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
- Reporting to work, as scheduled, is essential
