Job Summary
Prepare guest rooms, apartments, and rental homes for guests while cleaning and sanitizing common spaces, recording tasks on sheets to ensure safety. Implement systems for facility cleanliness efficiency and assist with hospitality inventory, ordering, and organization of housekeeping items. Monitor communications with staff, respond to client requests personally, and organize arrival and departure processes to maintain quality standards. Solve building issues by communicating with proper avenues and offer creative ideas to improve department performance. Requires 2+ years of housekeeping experience, ability to stand 8+ hours, and valid driver's license.

- Able to stand for 8+ hours
- Able to squat, bend, kneel, and lift 50 lbs
- Knowledge of various computer programs

- Familiarity with client admissions and departure procedures
