Job Summary
Stock the housekeeping cart with supplies, replace bed linens, and replenish guest room amenities while maintaining clean hallways and public areas. Perform daily guest room cleaning and conduct deep cleaning tasks such as changing air conditioner filters, cleaning coils, and repairing minor wall or furniture damage. Remove trash and dirty linens, then approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner. Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards for personal grooming, uniform, and safety protocols while maintaining regular attendance according to the hotel's shifting schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
- Must comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
