Job Summary
Clean properties as assigned while maintaining the highest standards of upkeep and delivering needs to guests and owners during stays. Prepare vendor cleaning bags and supplies, and resolve guest and owner issues promptly. Support operations staff as needed to provide exquisite service to homeowners and guests while obeying all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Requires a valid driver's license, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work weekends and holidays. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and standing most of the time. Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Is able to work weekends and holidays
- Is able to work as a team
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word vie email and verbally
- Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and lift up to 30 pounds
- Stand, sit, bend, stoop, twist, and reach
